Cass is clear of her purpose- she’s here to guide womxn back to the inner wisdom of their bodies, to remembering the depth of their wholeness, and to step into being their most authentic expression.
Cass' contribution to the world is birthed from and reflects a time where she struggled with her own anxiety and disordered eating. With the intention of finding recovery from her obsession with food and body, Cass registered herself in Holistic Nutrition School.
Ever since her enrolment, she has been passionate about the consideration of the person as a whole; taking into account the spiritual, mental, and lifestyle factors that contribute to one’s symptoms. In 2019, Cass became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist; and since graduating has allocated her knowledge to support womxn in managing their anxiety through nutrition. She deeply believes in nutrition as being an integral part of maintaining her own mental wellness.
Though nutrition certainly laid the groundwork for her journey into coaching, Cass understood early-on that restrictive protocols in nutrition don't always align for those who've experienced types of disordered eating. In 2020, Cass became certified as a SoulStrong Intuitive Eating & Food Freedom Coach, and since, has guided many womxn back to being in connection with, listening to, trusting, and feeling at home in their body. As a somatic meditation guide, Cass centers her coaching around compassionate presence. She believes in the power of meditation as a tool and a space to gain better understanding of the body's needs, so we can tend to ourselves and our healing in a way that is unique to every individual.
Cass' mission is to guide womxn on their journey back to their empowered selves. She sees this as a process of simultaneous learning & unlearning. Cass uses her training in hypnotherapy as a conduit for helping clients surrender their fears and limiting beliefs, and create more space for actionable love and self-expression.
